Cancellation Policy

You, or a member of your party, may cancel the booking at any time providing that the cancellation is communicated to us in writing.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason less than 48 days before the beginning of the retreat, we can not refund your deposit. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

We will apply cancellation charges up to the maximum shown as follows:

49 days or more before the start of your holiday: 10% of total cost

29 – 48 days or more before the start of your holiday: 30% of total cost

28 – 22 days: 50% of total cost

21 – 8 days: 75% of total cost

7 days or fewer: 100% of total cost

The guest will also be responsible to pay any bank charges incurred for deposit refunds.

Aloha Ke Akua accepts no responsibility for cancellation due to flight companies cancelling flights or the clients inability / validity to travel. This is usually covered under your own travel insurance so please arrange adequate travel insurance at the time of booking.

If We Cancel the Program

In the very unlikely case that Aloha Ke Akua cancels any of the retreats/trainings, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
